Used them to clear some phones afew times when i do my phone swaps i buy 3 usually and sell the 2 i hate if i cannot return them for any reason.

Reasonable rates iv found but helps having family ties within the store

Sold a psp via online and it took 8 days to clear also

They have just received my old PS4 and Xbox 360 today.

I sent mine via collect+ and it says they have it it since last Friday. My order status is "we are processing your order" which has been like that for a few days now.

Just checked on the website again, says awaiting test, at least they have it then that's good.

When I worked there that was actually true: we didn't have the means to do it in our particular store. I remember when the iPhone 5 was released they were giving ridiculously good cash prices, and the only local store which would take the two I had for cash was Tottenham Court Road as they had a machine which processed bank transfers.
