Isnt illegal to just download, as long as you dont spread, with a netlimiter for the upload rate you can download any film/mp3 legally from p2p apps...

Games&apps are another thing tho, illegal...

It is illegal, doesn't stop me from doing it though.

Isnt crap, not here anyhow sorry if this isnt in the UK like this, but in the netherlands according to www.anti-piracy.nl in the faq it states that it is not illegal to pureley download material wich do not need acceptance of licence, it is illegal to spread it tho... Films, clips and music apply to this...



Short what it says in what is and isnt allowed:

It says you may download for personal use, even if from illegal sources as long as you dont become a source...

It shouldn't be about which country you live in (stupid countries, messing with things :o ), it should be about whether the record companies mind you stealing their products.

I did try reading the link, but it's all in foreign so cba.

I don't like chacha.com.
I asked where the cheapest Bape Trainers are in England.
The guy returned the search with sites which are in US and they also sent me a random trainers site which has no Bape trainers there :confused: :(
 
I asked "Is this a question?"

Her "Yes, of course it is!"
Me "Are you sure?"
Her "no....."

She then tried to look it up. None of the guides found a link or definitive answer.

I think you'll find that
a) I wasn't talking about sex.
b) that milker would actualy fit 99% of women.
c) you lose. FACT.
 
We're barely a week in and this has surely got to be a strong contender for thread of the year.

Number41 has got the award for funniest search though, his request at the end for a "place that sells oversized books" had me LOLing all over the floor!

can not believe i havent read this thread before!

Altho im not doing anything remotely interesting i am getting them searching holidays for me :D

It is strange really that they are slower, and less efficient than just searching really. Or at least for the more common things. I asked about a "free alternative to Adobe Photoshop" expecting the usual things, (the search guide was really good actually) but it took longer for them to relay a set of results to me, that I could have obtained very quickly by searching Google myself.

I can understand that this search type may become useful for more specific searches, and it is definitely a very good place to have a laugh; but with the current level of quality in search engines for most searches being at a level that would not cause a noticeable drop in productivity, I doubt this search engine will get much business other than pranks, and very specific things.

I understand that they have some form of sorting results, maybe they should make sure they train their guides in these fields, so, for example the guide I had would have known to link to the GIMP, and Paint .Net, etc. and not necessarily had to search/read as much.
