I dont know the rules but i've seen players get booked once plays gone dead a while after the offence was commited so how come the Ref had to stop play there just to send Lehman off rather than let the goal stand then send him off (not that im complaining!!)

The refs looking a bit of a dunce so anything could happen here yet!
