No, your attitude is the problem. Yours and the others who seem to think they have some entitlement to access an area that has restrictions. You don’t like the restrictions, that’s fine but it’s clear you’re in the minority. Stamping your feet and coming across as self entitled has led to the ‘attitude’ you’re seeing from others.
 
I have lost my access, I never read the warning posts, so my own fault I suppose.
However, a warning would have solved the issue and made me aware.

When we post more, do we get the access back, as it is a useful addition for me personally?

Yes, once you make enough to hit 15 in the previous 90 days a chron job will automatically re-instate access. Your experience may mean it takes up to an hour, depending on when exactly in the hour you hit the target.
