Bk 7 hits the game today, yet another massive free content update .. the notes are too extensive to put in the post...
Personally I thought bk 7 update was a joke, the whole new area, theres just nothing there. massive grind for rep with really really pathetic quests, one area with actual enemies in, lots of killing animals and collection crap, all so you can finally get into the city so you can start trying to get first age weapons from drop boxes in the end. thats literally the only thing in there, then the boxes themselves are a complete joke, the one and only time I bothered I got a tier 4 rune, for DAYS of grinding.
They are "fixing" the boxes by making the cost around 2/3, removing the chance of low ixp/relics, but removing first age weapons also, moving from lvl 60 second age to lvl 58-60 second age.
Personally I think they could have done far more with the update than create a grindy, newb-fest area with not a single interesting quest all so people have a low chance to get a decent weapon that has an incredibly low chance to have decent legacies on. I've yet to bump into a hunter with a first or second age with as good legacies as I have on my 3rd age or many other hunters have on their 3rd age. I've had a single 2nd age drop since Moria's release, i'm using it to grind ixp and will decon it at max level, but its an utter crap bow.
Still you have first ages going for 100g on the AH, still very few people have them, and theres really little reason to be doing anything endgame.
Radiance gear is rather pointless grind, so is grinding the crafting instances for gold leaves.
Other than that, fine, tweaks here and there, whole game made easier, again.
I ran a RK through to lvl 56/57 in a few weeks, far to easy, very nice to play class but ridiculous survivability, solo-ability, healing, dps.
Just getting more and more wound up with how easy the game is getting.
I'm just irritated that it started off soo soo well, and the expansion was a brilliant design, just ridiculously easy.
