Cheap SSDs ????? are these any good?

We've used these for several builds now and so far all good, speed wise no different for desktop usage than an Evo.
 
I see these are back on offer again.

Has anyone tried the 120GB drive? Are they as good as the higher capacity ones?

A family members old laptop could do with a very cheap upgrade to try and speed it up or it gets replaced.
