CheatHappens.com worth the fee?

I never knew this topic would grow like this. It is ONLY for single player games, and thats about it, Multiplayer is a whole different thing where cheats should not exist at all.

I only want the trainers for the single player, where its only me and nobody else involved. I might actually go for this and become and paying member as my mind is partially made up already

Do a quick calculation of how many games you have and what trainers you can get for free and what ones you can only get paid. If its more than 5 or 10 actively playing games where you cant get free ones then it will be worth it.

I use cheats now and again for games I've completed long, long ago and want some more life out of.

Like Crysis, changing the punch multiplier by 100 and infinite energy :D
Otherwise it was just going to sit on the shelf.

Or RTS Games with unlimited resources, wanted to see what Supreme Commannnder was like going all out.

I always finish the games first, except Fallout 3, I changed a few things like making sniper rifles accurate, hitting limbs/head/body actually does more (and to the player so a double edged sword.), more bag space as I felt it was a little too small and made the experience worse. Not really cheats on this last one but game improving mods.

Another mod I used was on Oblivion.

Vampire mod - to make it more believeable where you actually have to eat to be stronger rather than not eat to get more abilities. I didnt think that made sense tbh.

I have bitten the bullet and decided to upgrade my account to Unlimited Lifetime. When I went through the process they give you a number of payment amounts in your home country, and it was for UK Sterling £45.00. A bit less than I thought it would be initially, and now I will be able to go in and download all the trainers that I need, and maybe even some of my older games that I dont really play anymore, either because I got bored or because it was too hard to go through.

I might be a bit mad paying, but they do have the best trainers there, and dont want to wait the 6 months to go public. At least they have daily updates to the site, with brand new game trainers almost immediate :D

Im sure there are some out there if you look long and hard for it, but now that I am a member I dont have to worry about searching around the web anymore, just go to this site and they will have everything that I need really quickly :)

A +6 isn't necessarily worse than a +7, it depends entirely on what the options are. e.g. I'd rather have:

1) Infinite Ammo
2) Noclip
3) Invincibility
4) All weapons
5) Infinite cash
6) Speed boost

Than say....

1) Naked mode
2) Turn into a chicken (mmmm, Heretic!)
3) Reset health to 100
4) Disable enemy AI
5) +100 credits
6) Suicide
7) Invert colour pallette

There's a well known game nocd site which also has trainers on it and it's completely free. I'm obviously not going to link to it but it's handy for games which require the damn CD to be in (which is why I now use steam etc!)

Have to admit trainers are great for Real time strategy's unlocking all units and unlimited resources as well as unlocking unit caps. Used to love playing Homeworld using my trainers to build a giant fleet.

Have to admit there are one or two games I would have used cheats on if I could - Ninja Gaiden was a prime example. Paid full price for a single level with an impossible boss at the end of it.
