Check out these new EVGA SLI Bridges !!!!

there's no difference, they just look awesome, you're buying for the looks.

So when you're gaming you can look at the bridge and not at your screen.

I guess you work at EVGA then ???
How can you dismiss their claims of these Sli bridges being optimized for the next gen displays (120hz, 4k) id like to know?

You sound like the type of chap who'd appreciate my system :D

The tissue to protect the psu from leakages ...lol

These metal-cased bridges do have two advantages over the ribbon cables: firstly they should shield the signals from EMI and secondly they should protect the ribbon cable from accidental damage.

I reckon AMD have missed a trick here. They could have created an SLI bridge with "Sli Bridged by AMD" stamped on it/LED highlighted- at least would have something new to the market and would keep their logo in peoples cases. Not sure they would be able to though - proprietary to Nvidia :p

Hi All,

with this bridges it is not just about the looking and marketing flaff. Like stated in the article the connectors and internal are overworked with high quality components and if you go SLI on 4K+ or with high refresh rates you will see a difference!

Sounds a lot like claims made by "superior" HDMI cable manufacturers and the like

Any actual scientific data to back your claims up?
