of course its jealousy, we are a footballing force like the world has never seen before. We have limitless funds, the best manager in the world and already a fantastic group of players. Its only human nature to hate the best, it just seems to make us more determined in remaining the best....cant see anyone getting near us while JM is in charge with God funding us.

I think the measure of a true European heavyweight team is one that wins their home league and European Cup in the same year. The Champions League now is harder to win than the European Cup of old.

@ TrueBlue, jealousy may be a very small portion of what football fans think of Chelsea at the minute, I'll just wait and see what happens at Chelsea in a few years time when the post Mourinho and Abramovich era starts.

I think they irk other football fans and clubs because they want to held in the same esteem as the big boys such as Utd, Liverpool, Milan, Juve, Madrid, Barcelona, Munich and Celtic.
