Here's a thought.. It's possable that they may exclude fans from 'problem countries' in order to still run the race,
that way they still get their TV revenue

Why wouldn’t they?

Teams have a huge amount of personnel, and chances are some of them will be impacted by restrictions on movement. If they are crucial members of the team, and can't assemble a full team for the entire weekend, and there are any safety doubts I can't see them being happy running cars.

With the quarantine of 16 million people in Italy until at least April 3rd this could get interesting. Modena and Milan are two of the quarantine areas.

Ferrari are based in Modena.
Pirelli are based in Milan.

Could also affect Haas and Alfa Romeo's engine supplies.

Alpha Tauri are in Faenza, and are currently not under quarantine.

Looking more and more likely that if races are run the will be no fans/spectators allowed at all, once Australia is done and dusted, that's assuming the Australian government don't change there mind before Friday and stop spectators.
