Probably not, but they are 6 laps behind on the falling apart curve than Vettels.

I saw nothing wrong with Maldonado's pit exit. Go check in the vaults of History for some Rene Arnoux or Andrea de Cesaris. That's proper race spoiling blocking of the leaders.
