Could be down to setup differences though. That would easily account for 0.5s per lap.

they have a reputation as one of the fatest pitstop teams but look how many times they didnt fit a wheel properly in the last few seasons

Yeah, but in the standings it would only account for a few points, 2rd to 3rd etc. With his issue today he could drop 18 or even 25 points to NR.

Hamilton switches to medium tyres now.

Might end up with a few 4 stop strategys at this rate.
