ill give you that one but i dont think it will show again this season
they had a smaller number of employees then most teams for the last couple of seasons because of brawn gp downsizing to survive.
but last season they hired hundreds of factory employees and a few key people, also last season they developed the car pretty good compared to the top teams but they had a fundementally flawed car from the start which they quickly became aware of and they openly said what was wrong and why.
they also underestimated the cooling needs massively and fixing that took up all the teams manpower..
merc aparently have upgrades coming this weekend btw and they have already changed the car a lot since testing especially at the rear
