Chinese Grand Prix 2013, Shanghai - Race 3/19

Nor me. I prefer to see overtaking done on the track not while cars are sat in the pitlane. I can watch the Le Mans series to see that. ;)

It'd have to. It may even force them grow some balls and start making decisions during the race and issue drive through/stop-go penalties again.

Betfred have settled my bet even though there is a stewards investigation taking place.

Lots of them will on just the provisional results, and then ignore any changes done after that.

Some will pay out if the results are change through penalties and protests as well. So if your driver finishes 6th, then through penalties gets promoted to the podium, they may pay out.

I am not bothered to be honest, I was agreeing with you that the decision needs to be taken during the race.

The flap size is a bit of an optical illusion as the size of the gap they can open is limited by the regulations.

Limited, yes, but doesn't mean every car is using the limit, the Merc you can barely see open, I can't believe it opens as much and its been very clear in race how much more trouble the Merc has had overtaking a Ferrari/Lotus with DRS than the reverse situation, the Ferrari has blown past everyone using DRS, The Red Bull does far better with DRS, but still has low overall top speed so still has some trouble, think it has less trouble than last year, the Lotus and Mclaren look strong under DRS, the Merc looks weak under DRS.

Lots.

Vettel, Webber, Button, Raikkonen, Grosjean, Bottas, Ricciardo and Chilton for using DRS in yellow flag sectors.

Webber and Vergne for the collision.

The ones they decided on during the race:

Perez and Raikkonen incident - no further action.
Bottas and Vergne incident - no further action
Van Der Garde - overtaking under yellows incident - no further action
Chilton incident - overtaking under yellows incident - no further action

Watching Lewis slink over the line to deny Vettel 3rd place was bliss. The podium was a display of pure talent. Three superb drivers at the top of their game. This season will not be a Red Bull carnival like the last few years.

I imagine the teams will be delighted with that though. Having to learn the tyres again...

If, all they do is drop the wheels down a grade, so the soft becomes the super soft, the mediums become the soft and just create a new hard tyre, it'd make it easier for them.
