The ban on testing means there's no chance of anyone sitting out Friday any more.

And you want qualifying split into segments where you must set a time in each segment? Isn't that... what we have now? :confused:

Where abouts?

Well even on race day last year the Grandstands at the end of the first DRS straight had about 1/4 the seats free. So the circuit is never at capacity.
