If it were any other forum I would suggest Thorntons, but since it's OCUK, anything less than personally grinding the beans yourself to create a 100% cocoa chocolate is unlikely to be considered acceptable.

Most decent 'dark' chocolates should be lactose free. Frys Chocolate cream is lactose free also and should be easily available.
