I was planning on getting two SSD's, one for OS the other for apps/games.
Would that be a good idea? Or would getting one 120Gb to do all those things be better? My budget is strictly £190.

i have a vertex 2 120gb and its fantastic, my brother just bought a vertex 3 120 and hes had nothing but problems with it. Get 1 120 gig one, thats plenty

ah alright. ok so its down to these options now:

A) m4 64gb + corsair force 3 90gb (£190)
B) partriot wildfire 120gb (£190)
C) kingston hyberx 120gb (£170)
D) corsair force gt 120gb (£170)

I picked up a Crucial M4 128Gb.

Happy with purchase.

I would recommend that.

Its probably the overall forum fav at the moment.

I thought, although its write speeds werent as fast as the OCZ in the same price bracket, its reliability and the fact the consensus on the forum was the M4 was good, I thought, Id go with that.

You wont be dissapointed.

I picked up a corsair force series sata 3 for 129.99 off OCUK. Though havent had a chance to use it as i've had to RMA my bundle I got :(

Just get a M4 128gb.

No point having 2 seperate drives and using up 2 sata ports..

I wouldn't say the problems are ironed out.

Crucial M4 - Stable/Reliable and improved firmware being realsed regularly, I believe this drive performs better than the tech specifications which it claims.
