I know some other people that don't use AV, you can get away with it if you're sensible. I use it though, I like having a bit of a safety net tbh. Although I do configure it to exclude quite a bit from real-time scanning.

I understand where you coming from Rusty, but you have to add the fact I don't use an AV. So that's another reason i do it once a month.

You know what, I think I totally agree with Evga_Gamer Because windows takes 10 mins to install but couple of weeks to setup a simple dual boot system has to be the way forward with a minimum install for the game OS.
