I find that the pain is usually bearable, but I had one done on the inside of my left wrist a few years back and that was actually pretty nasty.

Permanent tats look a bit crap on most people unless your a rock star you can pull it off and I don't think there are many of them about.

No? To be honest as time goes on and I've had more tattoos I find the pain lessens. Although I've never had a session as long as yours!

Already got one from earlier this year on my left arm near the shoulder, didn't hurt too much. Gonna get a snake on either my back or right shoulder blade, not on my arms as I have weedy arms The wife has about 10 I reckon, most of her back is covered, looks really nice

Next one is going either side of the spine, just below T-shirt collar.

First one i had done, they used the numbing cream(i know, im a wuss) but it was on my shoulder blade and apparently it can hurt there!!

go you. i normally sit 6 hours at a time.. but i havent had work done in ages.

I start to shake with adrenalin pumping through me, it can be really unbearable after a length of time but i cant stand having lots of sittings.

Just had my tattoo done this evening.
Tis a trifle bit sore. Feels like sunburn that some one is scratching.
But the pain from this has canceled out the constant pain in my knee nicely.
Time for some beer now to help numb this pain.
