People need to watch his other films to truely appreciate his performance. The Prestige comes to mind - A fantastic movie!

They should encourage Davin Hayter to grow a mullet and rugged facial hair tbh....then we get snakes proper voice too

I think he would be pretty good, **** hot in batman and looks like he could be bringing Terminator back from the dead (well T3 did kill it)

Yeah good movie and excellent performance from both Bale and Jackman.

Granted but nothing about either of their performances in that film makes me think me think either of them would make a good Snake.

Russell would be best should they do some later versions when Snake got a little older

As for Jackman and Bale -- dammit don't make me choose

They're both fantastic in their own right, so I don't really mind who plays Snake. Although, something inside tells me that Bale might be ever so slightly better suited for the role.

I'm thinking in terms of say, Batman Begins vs. Van Helsing/The Prestige.

Yeah, Loved this film.

I think Bale is a superb actor, very talented and puts soo much into every role that he plays.

The man who made Batman sound like he hadn't taken a dump for 3 months.

The last Batman was awful only good thing about it was Heath Ledger.

He's still too old to play Snake.

You need someone relatively fresh. Not some old action hero type that should have been left as a fond memory.

Seeing as Snake was loosely based on Snake Pliskine(sp?) a descent audience would draw too many parallels between the different characters if they were played by the same actor. It would be like the new Rocky film or the new Rambo one. Some actors shouldn't try to rekindle their old roles.

Wouldn't mind Bale so long as he doesn't constantly speak like he did as Batman. That was so annoying.
