Christian Bale - Impressive!

Whats that..? 14.5 stone? Is he quite tall? My boss used to be a professional lifter and still has almost the same physique, he just did some cutting for a bit. He's massive, bigger than Bale with less fat than a slice of lettuce, but still only 14 stone or so, mind you he must only be 5' 8.

A quick google says he is about 6"2. It was a very impressive transformation but as others have said, he didnt do it all on his own

Got to take into account factors like Bone Density and hydration etc..

it's not just a case of BMI...
