Ahh yes, the holiday that's signposted so far ahead by the time it actually rolls around you're worn out from it being hyped sucking out any actual joy from the occasion, but you can't show it, because it's the holiday of enforced joy where showing anything but manic euphoria is met with accusations of humbug, sourpuss and scrooge.

Home Bargains in Elgin had their Christmas crap out in the first week of August, bloody ridiculous!! Ba Humbug, I hate Christmas, Ba Humbug.
 
Have just preordered our M&S Christmas meal, a spa break and a fancy meal for the festive period :)

Not seeing any family this year, so it should be relaxing.

Just me and herself eating too much and watching TV in the wilds of SW France, so basically a normal weekend with a few decorations up and more fancy food.

Fed up of Christmas already, quite happy to boycott it this year.
Likely won't have any family over, will basically just be me, wife and 14 year old son.
