What is this fresh outrage?
Go get your spectacles old man, it's past 7.
What is this fresh outrage?
87 days to goooooo. Hype .
Is that you Lord?87 days until I am a year olde, yay.
I am looking forward to my first Christmas here in a very long time.
My favourite thing is getting cheap crap i don't want from everyone.
Christmas TV is **** now, just like weekend TV has gone. Strictly specials, hour long Eastenders episodes, Ms Browns boys Xmas special, celebrity quiz editions and films that we’ve seen a million times before like the sound of music and the Grinch.
You mean you don’t still get it?We always used to buy the christmas Radio Times edition. I loved looking through all the films that were on and recording them .
I keep telling myself each year I won't have any until December. I always cave..I almost bought some mince pies today. But too soon, I'll be sick of them bt November
Gradually migrating your family to charity also works.I'm gradually migrating my family to giving to charity.
Means I don't get tat that a total waste.
And does some good.
One thing about not having a TV licence is missing out on all the ****. Do have to sit through some with family.
That's what really annoys me about Xmas. Often go see family and all do is watch the damn TV. Seems like such a waste.
Can't you get them all to sit in silence staring at their phones like normal people?

I'm always slightly amazed we don't see many more spree murders by shop staff in the last quarter of the year.
Not for me this year. Left yesterday. No job at the mo as want to enjoy holiday flying out tomorrow. Then its job hunting - not in a retail outlet. OK with head office, depot or support offices.
Nor a retail workers being murdered by customers who come in at 10 mins before the shop closes on Christmas Eve and there are no turkeys left. "Christmas is ruined" No its not. It's called crap planning.I would just like to point out that the first peerson (and indeed anyone) who posts that Mariah Carey song before the start of December will be hunted down, and made to listen to it on a loop.
