Cider...how did I miss it?

Natch.
But unless you are near Bristol, I doubt you will find it anywhere. :)

Failing that, Thatchers

For some reason we don't drink cider in the states....when you say "cider" you are talking about non-alcoholic apple juice, usually unfiltered and with spices like cinnamon and stuff....quite good but obviously a whole different kind of drink.

Anyway, I drank some when I came here and sort of liked it but never got into it...then I kept drinking the stuff and now can't get enough of it lol.

The Kopparberg pear is good, but I find it too sweet. I prefer dry ciders.....

I was on The Apple in Bristol last night and actually enjoyed cider for a change. Rich's Medium and Old Bristolian :)

I miss Bristol for all the ciders you can get there :(

Ashton Press is one of my favourites. I'll give Natch a go next time I'm in town – which pubs sell it?

Discovered "Stowford Press" visiting a few pubs in Hampshire lately. Very nice still cider. Just discovered their website that does sparkling and dry versions, time to order some!

The first and only time I've tried Stowford Press was in an Irish bar Chaweng beach area, Koh Samui ,Thailand

cost me a fortune

They dont do it draught so you would have to buy it in cans or 1 litre bottles, when I go to football (round by Bedminster)pretty much everyone drinks it there, the pubs have it in bottles and cans, or the newsagents.

Its not a mainstream thing really, but if you can find it its worth it, just doesnt come out of a tap yet.
