I did some reading up and the 4090 is 124% faster than the 7900XTX at the GPU run on this. AMD yet again have some ways to go before they catch up in this arena.

That makes sense given other video rendering benchmarks, such as blender or adobe premiere also show the 4090 way ahead at rendering workloads

I've found scores for Apple silicon for referencing. A m2 ultra scores around 8000 in the GPU test

i9-13900K Stock frequency but running an undervolt and ram set to XMP 7200 , GPU is overclocked . Recently done a Bios update and need to reload my OC profiles hence CPU stock for now .

The benchmark doesn’t use RT cores on AMD as far as I know. It could be because of the public AMD drivers don’t have it enabled.

Also the the GPU benchmark needs around 8Gb of VRAM I believe. Anyone with an 8Gb car or lower want to try it out?
