citylink has always being great for me.
i missed it. i had to phone them up.
Well city link have always been terrible for me. Good to hear some people having good experiences though.
I can't count how many times I've had to go and pick up parcels from the depot myself, the only time I can remember actually getting something delivered by them in the Leeds area involved a 30 minute phonecall convincing them that if they tried to re-deliver the next day there would be nobody in, when the driver eventually came back he admitted he'd given up because the gate was closed (automatic and there's a buzzer next to the gate??). When I lived in Huddersfield I could see the van pull up outside from my desk, I always used to catch the guy trying to push a card through before even knocking.
