If i order something and im not in, do i have to travel to my depot or can i arrange another delivery date?

They will leave a card and automaticly try to deliver it the next day.

why were you going ?

I think they keep it there and then you have to go and pick it up, not a 100% sure on that scenario tbh, the card they leave has their telephone number on anyway.

It's next day delivery so as long as you order fairly early in the day you should get it nextday, I've orderd loads from OcUK and it's never failed to turn up next day, saying that that though they may have a backlog of christmas orders so If I were you I'd try and make the order in the AM so then you should defenitly get it next day.

as long as it's a small item they will give you a choice otherwise it's next day.

Makes no difference if you are in or not half the time.

CityLink drive me mad, most places use them but they really are ***** at times. Their drivers really should be held accountable for basically not attempting delivery at times :mad:

Any half competent delivery company could clear up in this sector, & I am really amazed no one has.

You can ring them up and they have this telephone system which you can re-arrange delivery for the date you want. They only deliver a maximum of twice I believe before you have to pick it up.

UPS are the worst

I had a huge parcel from with Citylink today, and they came at the exact time estimated, so i was rather impressed by that.

Was expecting a parcel on Friday (ordered Wednesday for Fri delivery) and it didn't turn up... fri sat mon tues or today. Finally got through on the phone and they are delivering it tomorrow now.
