Most of the time they have been great. Just the odd occasion when things have not gone right.

But amtrak well.... They never delivered and apparently left a card and people were in all day and clear view of the road outside.

Don't get me started on Amtrak .... I had a package delivered by them earlier this week, I was not in at the time so the driver decided in his wisdom that he would leave it by the patio doors around the back ... even though it was a cardboard box and it was tipping it down with rain (box contained books).

There is also the point that the gate to the back garden was bolted and hence I have my suspicions on how he got the box there, (as instead of being by the doors it was upside down on the grass next to them and almost completely split open as if thrown there over the fence from the path).

Needless to say I have been talking to their "Quality" department since then ....

I get royal Mail leaving stuff on my front door Step! :eek:

I complained everytime it happend, the person got the sack in the end, just after Crimbo (or before) it happend again! (i guess its somebody covering a shift to help out at this busy time) so ive dismissed it, if it happens again, it will be about a 5th complaint!
I wish they wouldnt leave stuff outside, its so annoying, id rather they'd try again tommorow than leave it outside were people could pinch it!
