If you have no idea like me as to what to do then no, it isn't worth it. A run down would be sweet.

Galactic Civilisations II sounds very similar to this expansion now

Galactic Civ II is very good, was tempted by the expansion.

I love Civ, the only thing that always disappoints is the tech is pretty much only up to current day. So this sounds better.

I still wish they'd do something like Call to Power 2 though and allow you to build underwater cities and really go into the future. C2P2 had so much future tech it was brilliant and it really flowed too, you could easily believe the progression was real.

Finally, somebody who has played Call to power
