Anyone else having problems connecting today? I've been stuck on 50% for most of the day. Going to miss the war day at this rate

what i do in this situation is, minimise the screen so that i can click on the Clear Cache button and then it clears the cache and reloads the game to 100%
i have a Redmi Note 4 though
