yeah, scratches are there, smallish though.

meguiars 3 stage on it should sort it. Failing that try a mop and some harsher cutting compound (may want to get a body shop to do this).
 
WHy would you use Meg Stage 3 (a carnuba wax) to get the marks out?... I'd use Meguires ScratchX or similar, then wax over it.

Maybe the marks will polish out? In which case I'd try meguires stage 2.
 
well i think the marks did polish out, after reading the link I think I did not keep the clay as moist as it needed to be. . . . the meguire instructions where not so clear iirc

tbh pics do it no justice, to anyone who does not know gemballa you would just think it was a carrera and thats what I like about it.

Ive even taken the white gemballa letters off the back of the spoiler although you can see the letters embossed its not as in yer face as before, cos it used to be really LOOK AT ME CARR!!!! which is really not me.

Im up to attending meets, arrange somthing and ill show you what its all about, fantastic reliable usable car, and as with most newer 911's not that expensive to run.

I know what you mean, but its always nice to see lots of pics of new members' pride and joy. Especially if there are only 14 of them about :)
