Clicking 2TB HDD

Hi guys,

I've bought a seagate 2TB drive and its started clicking just 2 weeks after buying it and I've also noticed that video files pause for a second at random.

I've tried Seagates test utility (Seatools) to error check the disk and no errors have been found.

So...I can't really send the drive back as faulty but does anyone know any better utlilities to check the drive for errors?

which drive is it? Model?

its the seagate 2TB low power model

Well I've tested the drive and no problems are found but it is still clicking now and again.

Also when I watch videos from that drive it pauses randomly..

I've also checked that the drive is not in PIO mode

any ideas?
