Clone secondary partition to new drive?

Two partitions on drive, first part has win 7 32-bit, second has win 7 64bit, can I clone second part onto new drive. Wasn't sure as is not first part so thought maybe have some problems, registry/boot etc.

I could see first part being cloned as is master part for boot/registry etc but not so sure about a second part with a different OS.

I haven't done what you want to do personally but I imagine it should work, although as you have suggested there may be a boot issue as some of the files or config may be hidden in the root of C:

Doesn't sound too messy with perhaps just a windows repair correcting any config issues. No harm in giving it a try and let us know how you get on . . .
