Close to purchase - final components opinions?

Is it worth an extra tenner over the fan cpu cooler I was going to buy to get an AIO watercooler?

Ive ordered all my components! Looking forward to building it now.

One question. Is everything plug and play, or do i need to go into the bios after its built and start configuring lots of things? Will it switch on and power up without any messing?
