Clouds in Southampton

...is anyone seeing the strange brown/sepia coloured clouds?

I've never ever seen clouds go that colour before, sun doesn't seem to be doing anything unusual :/

They've moved on a bit now, but here they looked like seeks photos but a touch more brown coloured

all three photo's are taken from three different directions.

1 - west
2 - south
3 - east

Regardless of where it is taken, i would think the sky would give such colour if the sun is buried within or behind the clouds.

Well the sun wasn't behind any clouds here, i've no doubt it was the sun causing it but it was the weirdest colour ive ever seen a cloud go. It wasn't the usual reddy/orange you can get it was a real dirty brown colour :/

It sounds weird but he's right, I was in Portsmouth at about 17:45 and the clouds were definitley brown, made me wish I had my camera on me.

nope, i definatly witnessed them aswell, was closely followed by the biggest hail i have ever seen. I know they were nothing compared to the golf ball sized ones in america, but these things were bigger than marbles.
