Im sorry i dont understand how you signed for that house with it in the state your describing, especially at that money, who cares if there rushing you around, they dont have to live in the place do they! tell them you want more time!

Im getting a brand new top floor apartment in a converted mill for that money in sheffield!
 
If nothing is done I'd just get your hands dirty with regards to cleaning. i know it's disgusting, but it'll improve things for you.

Don't do anything until you've contacted the council though, That has to be breaking so many regulations.
 
Ring 300300 (Hull City Council call-centre) and ask to make a complaint to the enviromental health service, they will be happy to hear about complaints regarding private landlords. Hull has some decent landlords and some tight-****ed ones who just take your money and do nothing for you. Pester power will get things moving, also contact Hull daily Mail news desk if you get no success, Club Easy will not be keen on bad publicity.
Just had a look at Club easy's Hull properties on their website and they look well photographed but are mainly in the Multi-cultural ghetto areas of Hull.

Good job with clubeasy there's no deposit, start finding somewhere else to live, report to them you're bunking out of your contract unless they get the house up to standard. Make sure you get other people involved like the council to see the state.
 
inject yourself with aids, claim you got it from a huge rat that has obviously evolved from the special eco system you got going on there. And sue . :D

Print 100x of those photos and stick em all over the window of said estate agent.
 
Surely the contract that is binding you to living there also has some sort of standard the landlord has to adhere to.

If they arent living by the contract, why should you.
 
Heard lots of bad things about them down in Exeter, there are always students writing in the Uni newspaper giving bad experiences.
 
If you're stupid enough to move into a property that looks like that, then more fool you.
