the case was already treated and shiney so i dint need to sand anything on it, i just recoated it, this paint sticks to anything... montana white series is glossy and covers all surfaces so im sure its self etching

yeh straight enough, i just laminated the livingroom, bedroom and on-suite ast week so i had a lot of practice with the jiggy. i went slow so i could keep an eye on the blade, the edges were a lil shaggy but 2 or 3 pulls on each side with a flat smooth file.
aint got a dremil and not used one in about 5 years, had the jigsaw there and im pretty decent with them. Personally i would say jigsaw is better as u can start/stop without movin saw and its a smaller blade for doin the corners. But its what you prefer and what you feel more comfy with i suppose.
I'll have book book a couple of days off work and catch a plane to see you and uncle bad touch.
I really want to do something like this, but it would mean I'd have to buy a new case, then I don't have any spare bits to put in it...innit.
Could buy myself a small good miditower and do somthing...hmmmmmmmm
lol deffo mate, maybe we can get an old tower from somewhere, some paint....tools and some beers ofc.... maybe a sheet of metal and just in what we can to it or turn a microwave into a working pc lol.
