Cobra Kai

I hear you bud, I'm the black sheep in my group it seems. They love Cobra Kai, Eiily in Paris, Ted Lasso, Shrinking. I find them all highly torturous. :D
Nothing like being an odd one out and out of the conversation! :)

Started watching final episodes today, just finished the first one. Excited but also gutted this is the end.

Edit:
EP2 - Chozen is a vibe
EP3 - I'm not crying, you're crying...

Watched the last 2 episodes, absolutely amazing. Hands down one of the best and most satisfying ends to a series ever! I would be surprised if there's a single dry eye in the house for at least one of the final 5 epsiodes for any fans of the show.

Overall the series is a 9-9.5/10 and I know I will be rewatching this for years to come.

The 2 tv execs in the cafe are discussing making a BTTF show set in alternative Hill Valley 1985. I loved this reference as this is my other favourite trilogy from the 80s and obviously the gorgeous Elisabeth Shue is in both

I've just finished it.

I wont give anything away, but I got to say that is probably one of the most satisfying endings to a TV show I have ever come seen. Yes the whole show might have ups and downs, which ones dont, but these last 5 episodes have been pretty damn good.

Also, post logo scene is hilarious.

Watched the final episodes last night, thought overall it was okay and a good send off for the series if not a little obvious how it was going to end up. Plenty of room for a spin off if they choose.

The new Karate Kid movie out this year is set 3 years after the series ending apparently.

Naff show, not even so bad it is good

Never got past the first season and was deeply confused why loads of middle aged blokes were seemingly so happy to watch a high school teen drama like one tree hill so long as it had some token references to the original Karate Kid.

I guess I can understand being forced to watch it with wife and kids but that’s about it

I loved the last 5 episodes. A lot of it was predictable but it had a lot of fan service. The ending was very fitting given the name of the show and I didn't feel there was anything left hanging.

Lovely ending to a show that started back on YT Red, for which I purchased S1 on! I welled up at the end moments, especially when "You’re the best Around" kicked in.
