Coca-Cola from a pub or restaurant.

I'm 60, been drinking it since it came out (and Coca Cola diet) and still got all my own teeth except the one I smashed out when I fell on my face.

Drinking even a can a day gives me aspartame poisoning which results in migraines which can last 3+ days for my body to get back to normal.

The chemicals they put in to make up for no sugar are really bad for your body. But everyone's tolerances are different.

For teeth using a straw might help, although if in a pub it might look a bit weird but I drink my coke zero through a straw at home now days.

In bars / Restaurants from a dispenser I thought it was like a syrup combined with carbonated water? It's an official product but depending on ratio used and how often they clean the system or follow, not follow the instructions the taste will likely vary.

Buy bottled or canned imo.

One thing I learnt from this thread is that food outlets dont buy coke like we do from the supermarket they mix it themselves? this is really interesting information. I agree with hygiene concerns as well, the state some restaurants hygiene standards are in is shocking.

I used to work at a family entertainment complex place once where we had a drinks dispenser that was similar (syrup bag and mixed with carbonated water by the machine)... but you could if you wanted to pop open the top of the machine and see where the lever pushed by the cup pushed onto 2 levers (one for the syrup and one for the carbonated water)... you could press them yourself to add extra syrup or control the ratio of the two... everyone who worked there abused this power frequently...

One night back in the early 00's I was working a shift and then off up to London to watch a Deftones gig and I poured a super heavy syrup content coke out to take with me on the train... drunk it all... probably the worst stomach pains in my life resulted... still just about made it to the gig, 10/10 would syrup again
