I agree with Paxman, however, in that people not not realise how much sugar is in a coke serving. A % doesn't mean squat to many people. Counting it in sachets is certainly easier to visualise.
However you can still get fat eating almost no junk food at all. And from what I understand, it's getting fat that's the problem, not eating refined sugar? Just that sugar leads to fat... is that right?
