COD : WaW Beta

The reason we are judging the beta is threefold:

1- Public Beta's are always on nearly finalised code.
2- CoD4 Beta was far better than this one (even Halo 3's beta was).
3- Expectations were high after CoD4 and CoD:WaW is sorely lacking.

I fully agree there are aspects that I dislike, respawing is god awful and I hope it's sorted as it keeps spawing in the middle of a firefight. Regarding comparing it to COD4 yeah thats a fair comment but COD4 is the game to beat and this is more of the same to a degree which might put people off straight away and it's a different setting. And I also don't think many poeple want to give this a chance.

I always respawn in a firefight in CoD4 anyway so I'm used to it. I prefer WWII to modern combat (and CoD1 is easily my favourite in the series) but CoD4 just spanks this one silly for multiplayer. I'm still playing the beta as I really want to like it, but it just isn't happening.

I hope so, but if they are anything like Infinity Ward then listening to peoples feedback is the absolute last thing they will do... take for instance the dogs, 100% of the people playing could formally submit that they don't like the dogs at all, at most an insignificant nerf is what would occur. Although, this could be Treyarch's chance to shake off that bad image.
