I'm glad you got your code Adam, been keeping my eye on this thread and you must be the most patient and considerate bloke I've ever seen on here.

If you went much longer without a code, I was even considering joining the COD:WaW website again just to see if I could get you one lol.
 
I like it I must admit. It's not really a new game as such, just a different period, venue, guns etc - dogs were annoying to start with, but now like the idea of them, as mentioned above things get quite exciting when you hear the bombs dropping and dogs barking all over the place!
How long will this be up by the way?

Oh and anyone else think the marine guy that keeps shouting stuff out sounds a lot like Jack Bauer? :D

Can anyone confirm that splitscreen online multiplayer is gonna be in the final version just like cod3 with guest accounts?

The manual for the Beta says split screen will be in the final version.

I played this for a few hours last night, enjoyed it, looks great (although it does look just like CoD4(as expected I guess)).
Can't believe the ammount of people on it at level 11 already :rolleyes:

I spent all my time playing free-for-all, apart from when it glitched out and insisted in joining me in to War.

Dogs are annoying (but fun) but too savage. I meean 2 bites and your dead, come on!

Anyone wanna add me for target practice (all i seem to be good at is getting shot lol (apart from being called a n00b cos i sneaked up on a yank and knifed him the neck lmao)) my gamertag is below.
 
Competitive Co-op get points and match bonus's that will add to your mulitplier XP. Will be interesting to see how that works, although I dont car as Ill have the M1A1 from day one :cool: with a proper sized mag. :o

Yeah the same as COD4 really you can get to level 15 in 2 hours.

Why will you get the M1A1 from day one?

If I did get this I'd not prestige. I'd just get to the top and just do the guns. I'm determined to eventually get there with COD4 but it's not something I would be bothered about again.

I'd rather play with every thing at my disposal.
 
The powerful M1A1 gives you the advantage with:

A much larger magazine-size than starting rifles so you can get more kills without slowing to reload.
Pin-tight targeting sight helps with quicker aiming for accurate take downs and headshots.
Lighting-fast semi-automatic firing gives you kill speeds you'll need to blow away your competition
