COD4 MP Live arranging thread

Its so annoying when it just doesnt go your way. I got loads of assists and those annoying ones where they see you like 1/4 of a second earlier. And when maps like overgrown turn into a snipe fest just annoys me. But thats just the way it is i suppose.

sometimes i have games where its like the other team sees you before you see them,for example if your coming around a corner they seem to know your coming around before you actually appear,not sure if its lag or what but its annoying.You just need to have a good sniper on your team for maps like overgrown and hope they take the snipers out before they get you lol

I do that occasionally when I hear them moving/reloading/see a shadow or gun glitch through the wall.

I use the audio to tell where someone is, especially in small buildings.

One of the many advantages of having your console connected to a hi-fi. :cool:

Properly configured 5.1 surround sound up loud rocks. If you observe me you'll notice occasionally I stop and look at the wall occasionally, and track the person using sound. Then I nail them as they come around the corner still tracking them

The connection issues tonight were a right bugger, there were too many games where at least 1, if not 2 of us missed the first round. :mad:

I kind of did that earlier, the other team got UAV up and I was last man so I set claymores and make them chase me into them

You were the hero a few times tonight

Oneshots last stand is awesome too. I hear some gunfire then rapid handgun action and 9 times out of10 its oneshot getting a kill that pops up in the bottom left.

Last stand can be the diff between winning and losing when its a one on one on S+D.

Had some good games earlier too with Danny, several 250-nil on Headquarters

Oh, this game really is awesome. If anything can beat it for online gaming then I can't wait to see it.

The fact that we took revenge in the next game only to be taken out by the martyrdom was funny though...

I think he took out 3 people in 1 last stand tonight and won us the round whilst sitting dying on the floor!

i enjoyed the games tonight,i had to take my mic off because it was getting abit late and didnt want to wake anybody up.The desert eagle works a treat when your on last stand.I think everyone in our team played great tonight,faded got some great streaks,all i could hear on some of the maps was rogadogs silenced p90 lol.

I hope brothers in arms hells highway has got some good online play,because the single player looks pretty awesome.

Will be tomorrow, i forgot it today. Doh.

Just remembered though I did cane the disk by moving my xbox (noob mistake) my mate put some silvo on it to clean it up and it seems to work ok. Not sure if it will play through all the missions ok though. Can give it a try though and if not get some brasso on it

You can still hear them if you are fairly close to the person, it just makes it a lot harder to tell what direction the shots came from due to the muted sound.

Oh yeah I know, was meant to be sarcasm

I do like the P90 with silencer, no recoil and it kicks arse on Headquarters as people have no idea where you are shooting from. Silencers eliminate muzzle flash too which is there biggest advantage on hardcore.
