They are using promod and as i said a while back the only Perk is Stopping Power.

Encourages camping due to seeing no red dots from shots fired, the person who sees the enemy first always wins. While in CoD4 stock you need to aim while fireing and can avoid fire still too.
Hardcore is camp and spray, knowing where you enemy is from the use of the radar is quite skilled.
Public HC, there is lots of it because its easy for all the whiners, its just not played competivily because of the lack of skill required

The amount of servers i've seen that ban nade'ing unless you see the player seems to be increasing. WTF is this all about

I decided to play a bit of ranked public the other night. A whole clan was on marines and I thought I'd use the MG at backlot for the lolz, killed 2 of them and rushed the remaining 1 with the 74u and was kicked for 'using mg'. Funny because there was no warning against it. ^^ So I rejoined under a different name, killed 2 of them then random'd then got kicked again with no reason. I was like, kooli n1n1.
Public servers are for sukkaz.
