Codemasters F1 Game?

I see whats happening. Rather than multi release on day one, they release the "lesser" versions first so they sell and not get overshadowed by the major console/PC versions. Good idea, if a little annoying for the real fans who would invest in the most advanced copy they could get anyway.

codemasters need to get this game out ASAP, they wulda sold a tonne if it was out for this season. everyone seems to be interested in it now

According to a blog post from the codies the PS3/PC/360 version out mid 2010 will based on the 2010 season at least its one good thing about this "delay"

Wii release has Streeteh worried. There's no way realism could be carried off using the obligatory wii-wheel and i doubt they'd create completely different handling models for each platform. Oh dear.

To confirm the next gen versions of the game due in mid-2010 are being developed by our own internal racing studio, whilst the PSP and Wii versions due for release this year are being primarily developed by Sumo Digital.

If the WII version uses the new motion plus, this could be really good for steering with the wheel for speed and sensitivity !!!

How old is the F1 game on PS3? Sounds interesting. But i'm not gonna play it if it's well out of date.

march 07. great game, although you may have difficulties in finding other players on-line for the multi-player part. although there may be more now due to F1 being back on the box.

Please Come back Jeff Crammond.

this.

p.s.
they mentioned the codemasters game during free practice today.

I thought the Wii was more powerful than the PS2? Doesn't look it from those F1 shots D:

The graphics of this game look pretty shabby, even by dreamcast standards (check out some screenshots of the original Crazy Taxi, looks a lot better, much sharper). Compare this to say, Burnout 2: Point of Impact for the GameCube and the difference is staggering in Burnout's favour. It's not about the graphics, though, it's how it plays right? :)

yeah the wii's gfx looks poor, and it probably has some gimicky motion control scheme. will defo wait for xbox/ps3 version. hope only is good and not full of 1 lap crash races :P
