cold shivers ...

It's not ghosts, that is all made up rubbish.

It's to do with your bodily humors being out of balance, while your inner energy is out of sync with the life you lead.

Cure?

Dilute a small amount of the toxins you encounter every day into 450 litres of water. Take a single cup of that water and dilute it some more. Drink it and then make sure you say hello to any magpies you pass on the way to work.

You are obviously feeling a disturbance in the Force. Be ready to help us because you will be our only hope.

Or, more seriously, you could ask someone who has relevant medical training. There might be something wrong. Or maybe not. It's not likely that anyone here would be able to tell you.

We're all going to feel so bad when we hear that the OP has died from a fatal case of Raynaud's Syndrome. :)

Do you take blood thinning medication?
I do, due to an irregular pulse, and if the outside temps drop to 18c or less I feel a tad chilly, thing is, brains, (my wife), turned off the C/H control around May, leaving the H/W on permanently, and I've no idea how to turn the C/H back on.
I asked her to turn it back on, on timer, and we could just manually turn it off if we're hot, but she won't have it, "eat your heart out thin blood boy!"
I'll have to search for the timer instruction pamphlet.
