I woke up today and noticed I have a cold sore on my bottom lip I've been everywhere trying to get cream for it today without luck

Since everywhere should be open tomorrow what is the best product I can buy to get rid of this ugly thing asap!

Def get some Zovirax. If you want to try and cover it up you can use the Compeed patches. They work reasonably well.
