I'm in London at the mo, according to the BBC it's plus 5

edit/ changed to +3 now :(
Here in north Essex the BBC says it's -7 currently. I'm surprised it's 12 degrees higher in London. Bah :p

Then again the BBC also says it's misty, when in fact the sun has been out for ages...

Forecastfox in Firefox says it's '-3c, feels like -6c'...

BBC claims -3°C for Edinburgh, weather underground says -2°C with -5°C windchill. I swear I'd be ok without the wind..

Still no snow though :(

aww crap. i am meant to be flying tomorrow evening. i just know the airport / transport system will grind to a halt!

 :(

I'm flying tomorrow lunchtime, don't worry that 6 inches will turn into a light dusting, especially compared to where I'm going.

That reminds me, what are the hand luggage restrictions at the moment? Do you still need a see through bag and no liquids?

Its a little cold in Leeds, not sure on the temp but you can see your breath when you breath, so must be in the low 4's id guess.

No snow, but it is forcast for tomorrow :) SNOWBALL FIGHTS!!!!!

cant wait :)

I hate the cold, and I feel sorry for you guys. Sounds like the weather back home has been horrible.

Here, it hasn't rained for a month and today was really warm. Shorts and t-shirt for the win, and I was still sweating! Pffftttt. :D :p

enjoying the cold weather, would like a good bout of snow tbh.
winter can be a beautiful season if you get the right weather to go with it

however my water squirters keep freezing in the car, argh. not good when driving on salty mushy roads

Winter is by far my favourite season, I don't think I can cope with another humid summer like last year's.

The good thing about Winter is that when it's cold, you can wrap up, put the heating on and get warm. If it's really hot in the summer - especially if you live in a house without air conditioning like many of the Victorian and Edwardian ones - you can't escape from the heat.

Indeed. Sex was just a whole world of sweat :o

lol, do you think only old houses don't have air conditioning? :)

I do not like weather this cold, but I still prefer it to the hot summer we'll be enduring in four month's time...
