'Comedy' ties - opinions?

My friend bought me a silver tie with two silhoutted Charlie's Angels type women in huge platforms with guns on it.

I wouldn't wear it to work. I'd probably only wear it for irony value.

Depends how you wear it

If you wear it to be funny - tool.

If you wear it for a laugh - cool

In fact, this thread has given me a genius idea for my night out on Friday, 6 lads, comedy ties, you do the math :p

Extra points for flashing LEDS and sing-along tunes..

Lets see what the chazza shops have to offer today :D

Tool I'm afraid.

But, does this work for cufflinks? There are some regular ones and then some like the little spirit levels... are these worthy of cool/tool pigeonholing?

Disqualified on the grounds of being concealable and/or discreet

imo though cufflinks should not be novelty items

Firstly, the tie should have been met with a high-five. Secondly, yes she does fancy you, stop being such a wuss. Thirdly, no, never, ever wear it. Ever.

Ant

Damn, another reply disappears into the murky depths...

Funny ties can increase your chances to get laid in the office. FACT.

You can wear it on the basis that it is a symbolic peace token of how a comedy tie could dispel the rising nationalism of the European nations and the outbreak of war by encouraging people to have a laugh instead.

Or

An anagram of Dilbert is BEL DR IT - so if you were a DR of I.T and BEL meant something to you, then it would be another symbolic statement raising the level of people thinking you're wearing a comedy tie, but you can have the last laugh being a DR.

BTW - Tool..
