Command n Conquer keeps crashing :(

You want to right click the CNC4 file which has the type Application. Then click properties, then you should have a Compatibility tab.

Still crashes though even when run in XP SP3

Well I'm on crysis now and so far this doesn't seem too bad
chucked the disk in and everything has been fine.
